Marketing Specialist (senior)
Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in copywriting marketing collateral (presentations, white-papers, factsheets, case-studies, brochures etc).
  • Awareness of IT marketing and IT technical issues.
  • Excellent analytical skills. Strong written communication skills. Ability to mould words in clear, concise, easily perceived text.
  • High attention to detail, ability to multi-task work, ability to proactively determine company needs and present solutions.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Business Development Manager (senior)
Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge and orientation in IT, project management, software development methodologies, project lifecycle.
  • Good understanding of various programming languages, frameworks, solution types.
  • Outstanding communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with the customer, with business and technical staff; convey complex ideas and inspire actions.
  • Outstanding organizational & time management skills for handling multiple and diverse activities.
  • Result-oriented: high sense of urgency and energy. Ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional environments and within the environment of continuous change.

QA Engineer (junior & senior)
Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in test engineering and test automation.
  • Excellent knowledge of Internet/Web technologies including web browsers, http, html and xml.
  • Experience in testing distributed systems, web services and DB.
  • Experience in using bug tracking and source control systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong oral and written communication ability.
  • Customer-focused, ability to react positively to changes, excellent team player.

Project Manager (junior & senior)
Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a project manager/product manager with a software company.
  • Understanding of the software development methodologies e.g. Agile, Waterfall, V-model, Iterative, Scrum.
  • Strong working knowledge of Project Management tools and processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience and understanding of multi-channel distribution business models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advaned Written/oral English.

.NET Lead Developer (senior)
Requirements:

  • 7+ years Microsoft .Net development, architecture and design experience.
  • Experience with commercial/enterprise web application development.
  • Experience with the full product development life cycle – requirements analysis through testing and deployments.
  • Understanding of the Rnified Process and Use Cases.
  • Ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve complex programming problems and system coordination issues.
  • Ability to plan and manage his/her own work, as well as the work of other team members.
  • Ability to lead multi-discipline teams for work efforts which includes estimating, coordinating, tracking progress, inspiring others to complete tasks on time, assisting with resolving issues and creating status reports.
  • Ability to mentor and coach other junior team members in technical matters.

PHP Developer (senior)
Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience of working in web development using Object Oriented PHP and related technologies.
  • Extensive working experience with various frameworks such as Zend and Symfony.
  • Extensive working experience with various CMS, especially Drupal.
  • Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax.
  • Extensive experience with MySQL (Optimizing, Scaling).
  • Working experience of Subversion (SVN).
  • Experience in leading and managing the work of a developers’ team.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Java Developer (junior & senior)
Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Java development with good understanding of object-oriented concepts and OOP Patterns.
  • Confident knowledge of development tools (Eclipse/Idea, Maven2, Netbeans, Javabeans).
  • Broad experience in working with basic Java frameworks (Hibernate, Spring, Play!) and front-end development (JSP, JSF, GWT, etc.).
  • Understanding of basic protocols HTTP, SOAP and HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript.
