These range from post project deployment training and even technical consultation through the development process.
Support for your Amacksoft products and services include a variety of full fledged field services. This ensures that our products and software always have a quick resolution to end-user issues and questions, as well as provide on-going assistance to help improve your business results and benefits. We provide a wide range of support options to suit your company’s requirements.
In addition to toll-free telephone and on-line Help-Desk support, our field services support also includes product upgrades, maintenance releases, product enhancements, and optional standby support services when customers go “live”, upgrade their solution or extend the scope of their solution.

Standard training and field services support services include:
- Full training session in person with a detailed explaination of your deployment, service or prodcut
- Answering any technical questions or concerns you may have about the architecture or development of your product and/or service
- Telephone help desk support
- Email help desk support
- Customer web portal
- Online problem resolution
- Product enhancements and upgrades
- Periodic Service Bulletin notifications alerting customers of important issues that may affect their solution, e.g., compatibility recommendations as operating system or other third-party software upgrades become available.
Training courses for our software ensure your employees receive complete user-level application training with hands-on lab work. These training courses address the core application as well as industry-specific functionality. Custom classes, which can be tailored to your company’s unique requirements, are also available.
In addition to user-level training, we offer advanced training for administrators and developer-level training in smaller group settings.
Training can be held at our corporate training facility, onsite at your location, or via the internet.
